More photos, particularly with varied expressions and different lighting angles, improve the avatar's consistency and quality across different generation contexts. We recommend: 2-3 photos with neutral expression in even frontal lighting, 2-3 photos with natural smiling expression, 1-2 photos with a slightly angled head position, and 1-2 photos with different lighting setups. All photos should be high resolution (minimum 1024×1024 pixels) and should show only the subject's face and head without obstructions. Training takes 10-15 minutes after upload.

Custom avatars maintain highly consistent facial features, skin tone, jaw structure, and eye color across all generations. Minor natural variation exists between generations — the avatar won't look identical in every frame the way a photograph does — but the likeness is recognizable and consistent enough for ongoing brand spokesperson use across campaigns. Consistency is highest in similar lighting conditions and angles to the training photos. Extreme angles, unusual lighting, or high-motion content may show slightly more variation. We recommend testing your avatar across several generations before committing it to a major campaign.
